Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff especially at reception desk and immaculately clean rooms. Nice building, great and stunning location close to the supermarket. Besides, very convenient to a prominent opera house. The rooms with extra bed...

The hotel was clean, the continental breakfast was varied and good. The pool area on the roof was an excellent bonus. Stuated on the Gran Via was perfect for sightseeing, restaurants and shows. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall, the best stay in a hotel I have had in many years.
The suite was a little small for the price, but totally adequate.

The swimming pool is really nice. Staff is also very nice.
The standard room is more like a 2 stars hotel than a 4stars...the hotel is very noisy (you should really bring with you some hear-plugs!)

Charming Stay in Central Madrid
The staff provided really good service, our needs were met, even with a late check-in. Explore nearby restaurants for authentic tapas and vibrant nightlife. Tip, Request a room on a higher floor for an even quieter experience and better views of the city!

Hotel was smart and staff were helpful. Rooms were clean and serviceable.
High cost of internet access was a shame as a good deal of hotels offer free Wifi these days.
